Flowmeter:
A flow meter is a device that is used to measure the mass of a liquid, gas, or volume. Flow rate sensor, liquid meter, flow gauge, and indication are some of the other names for this device, depending on the business, but the operating principle is the same. Open channels, such as streams or rivers, are measured using these meters. Some meters are designed to measure liquids and gases in pipes. The key advantages of these meters are that they improve the liquid's accuracy, resolution, and precision.
Pressure Gauge:
Pressure gauges are devices that are used to determine the pressure of a system's medium. Measuring the pressure in your system is an important quality control step that ensures product consistency and serves as a safety check to detect leaks or build-up pressure. Before choosing a gauge, it's critical to grasp the fundamentals of what pressure is. Then, depending on the selection criteria, the proper pressure gauge may be determined to precisely measure the pressure within the system. Even the most accurate measurement equipment yields some variation from the true value. It's crucial to understand how this measurement precision is defined. In compared to analog gauges, digital gauges are more accurate.
GreenTech can provide excellent support for Pressure Gauge, Digital Pressure Gauge, Pressure Sensors, Pressure Transmitters, Differential Pressure Transmitters, Pressure Gauge with Output Signal, Pressure Switches, Contact Pressure Gauges, Diaphragm Seals, Mounting Accessories, Electrical Accessories.
We can provide different types of Flowmeters:
- Electromagnetic flow meters detect flow by using Faraday's Law of induction. Inside an electromagnetic flowmeter, there is an electromagnetic coil that generates a magnetic field, and electrodes that capture electromotive force(voltage). Due to this, although it may appear as if there is nothing inside the flow pipe of an electromagnetic flow meter, flow can be measured.
- A Coriolis mass flow meter uses inertia to measure mass. A tiny actuator vibrates a tube through which liquid or a dense gas flows. The tube experiences a measured twisting force corresponding to the mass as a result of the acceleration.
- Ultrasonic flowmeters use sound waves to determine the velocity of a fluid flowing in a pipe. At no flow conditions, the frequencies of an ultrasonic wave transmitted into a pipe and its reflections from the fluid are the same. Under flowing conditions, the frequency of the reflected wave is different due to the Doppler effect.
Level Measurement:
In non-contact ultrasonic level measurement, the sensor emits ultrasonic pulses in the direction of the medium, which then reflects them back.
The elapsed time from emission to reception of the signals is proportional to the level in the tank. Ultrasonic sensors are ideal for simple standard applications, both for liquids and for solids.
GreenTech can provide an excellent support system for Guided Radar Level Measurement, Radar Level Measurement, Hydrostatic Level Measurement, Ultrasonic Level Measurement, Vibrionic Point Level Measurement, Capacitance Level Measurement, Radiometric Level Measurement, Differential Pressure Measurement, Float Switch Level Measurement, Paddle Switch Level Measurement, Microwave Barrier Level Measurement.
Temperature Sensors:
Temperature is playing a vital role in many industrial processes and therefore an accurate measurement is a must. Non-accurate temperatures can cause big fatal consequences such as reducing the lifetime of your equipment if overheated with just a few degrees.
The Danfoss range includes temperature sensors, and transmitters, and helps you make a difference on the bottom line.
Depending on the equipment, different element technologies can be applied, and if required the temperature sensor can be delivered with a transmitter to get an analogue output signal.
Special care has been put into the design of the sensor in relation to the reaction time. On top of this, the sensor construction ensures minimum radiation of heat, which results in a measurement very close to the actual temperature of the media.
